Rhonda Vincent is tired. She's just spent three days in Bryson City, N.C., shooting a video for "I Gotta Start Somewhere," a new single from her recent album "Good Thing Going." Then, she and the members in her fine band, the Rage, board the Martha White bus and head to Lousiville to play a truckers' convention. The last thing she wants to do is another interview, especially one at night following a show, except that it's not even the last interview she'll do. She's supposed to do a live interview with the Midnight Trucking Radio Network at one a.m. "Maybe I'll get a few hours of sleep before the interview," she said wearily by phone. "If only I can wake up."
