Seattle elopement photography at Alki Point<\/h1>\n

I got a phone call from Ian in early September. \u00a0He and his partner were eloping in Seattle on September 12 and needed a photographer. \u00a0They also needed a place to get married – neither is from Seattle, they actually live in Las Vegas but were coming to Seattle to get married! \u00a0The irony there is just too good to pass on mentioning. I asked what kind of location they had in mind, and was told they would like a nice view of Puget Sound. \u00a0So I told them about a spot on Alki Point that I frequently use for photo sessions, and that I thought would be perfect for their elopement. \u00a0We met there, along with the officiant Pat Stimac of A Heavenly Ceremony<\/a>, and three of Ian and Jeff’s close friends who had driven up from Portland for the wedding. \u00a0Here are a few photos from the time we spent together that afternoon.<\/p>\n
