Happy First Wedding Anniversary Wishes to Claire and Greg!

One year ago today on September 30, 2017 Claire and Greg were married at the Tyee Yacht Club, also known as the Landing at Tyee.  You can visit my blog posting, which includes lots of photos, by clicking on the link in the previous sentence.

I remember this wedding very well.  I had known Claire for several years; she was a friend of my son Dan while they were both at Whitman College, and she had stayed at our house a couple of times when Dan and friends would come to Seattle for concerts.

The wedding day was less than cooperative for weather, with some rather strong rain showers right at the time we had planned for outdoor photos at nearby Gas Works Park.  But we adjusted to the conditions and once the rain ended we still were able to get a lot of good photos along the ship canal just down the street from Tyee.
